Shipping Policy

Every Rbaine piece — whether a structured snapback, a soft linen dad hat, or an embroidered corduroy cap — is handled with the same care that went into making it. That same intentionality carries through to how we get your order to you. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required, no codes to remember. Whether you're picking up a single beanie or a handful of caps, shipping is always on us.

Order Processing Time

Before your hat leaves our hands, we take time to make sure everything is right. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times

We ship exclusively via USPS. Estimated delivery windows after shipment are as follows:

  • United States: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the selected service at checkout.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guarantees. Occasional carrier delays — especially during peak seasons — can extend these windows slightly.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your dad hat, trucker cap, or beanie has been handed off to USPS, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number directly at usps.com to follow your package every step of the way.

If your tracking number doesn't show movement within 48 hours of receiving your shipment confirmation, please allow a little extra time — USPS scan updates can occasionally lag behind.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We begin processing orders quickly, which means we may not be able to make changes once an order is submitted.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to you to arrange reshipment. Please note that any additional shipping costs incurred due to an address error may be the customer's responsibility.
  • Rbaine is not responsible for packages delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at Contact@Rbaine.com and we'll do our best to catch it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Occasionally, things outside of our control happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by USPS, here's what to do:

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or USPS confirms the package is lost, reach out to us at Contact@Rbaine.com. We'll open an inquiry with USPS on your behalf and keep you informed throughout the process.

We take quality and craftsmanship seriously — and that includes making sure your order reaches you in the condition it deserves.

International Shipping & Customs

At this time, Rbaine ships within the United States only. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future. If you're outside the US and interested in our headwear, feel free to reach out — we'd love to hear from you.
