Refund & Returns Policy
At Rbaine, every piece — whether a structured snapback, a relaxed dad hat, or a hand-embroidered corduroy cap — is made with intention. We stand behind the craftsmanship that goes into each item, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We ask that items be returned in their original, unworn condition — tags attached, free from odor, and with no signs of use. This applies across our full range: dad hats, snapback caps, trucker caps, beanies, embroidered caps, and corduroy caps alike.
Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Our team is available Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM GMT. We respond to all email inquiries within 48 hours. Please include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps promptly.
Return Scenarios
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes a hat simply doesn't feel like the right fit — in style or in silhouette. If you've changed your mind, you're welcome to return your item within 30 days, provided it is unworn and in its original condition. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective Items
Craftsmanship is central to who we are. If your cap, beanie, or embroidered piece arrives with a manufacturing defect — a faulty stitch, structural issue, or material flaw — please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. Rbaine will cover all return shipping costs and will process a full refund or send a replacement at no charge to you.
Wrong Item Received
If we made an error and you received an item different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will cover return shipping and ensure the correct item reaches you — or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrived damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll assess the situation and, where appropriate, cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund on your behalf.
Items That Never Arrived
If your tracking shows delivery but your order hasn't arrived, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution — whether that's a replacement shipment or a full refund — as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days from the date we receive the return. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
There are no restocking fees on any return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Custom or personalized items made to order
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the item you'd like instead.
